Our company is aware of how difficult it is for very important nonprofit agencies to raise money in these trying economic times. It would be our pleasure to make a donation to your organization through our Shoe Box Fundraiser Program.
The Shoe Box Fundraiser Program is simple: For a pre-determined period of time, orders that come to us with your organization's name and assigned code on the bottom of the order form will be totaled, and a check for 10% of the sales before tax and shipping will be written to your group!
Here's what you need to do:
Please fax a letter with the following information to 732-358-0145. You will be contacted within two business days to finalize the details of your program:
Organization Name
Organization Description
Contact Name, Address, Phone, fax, and email
Nonprofit tax ID#
Preferred dates of program span (not to exceed three weeks).
